Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
If you enter information into a sponsored search tool, the outside company that runs the tool receives and processes that input. Its privacy terms control that transaction. The site itself does not maintain a Perry County warrant database or assemble individual query terms into a warrant file.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you send a message to the site operator, the message may be retained so a reply can be sent. It is not shared outside the operating team unless a legal duty requires disclosure. Do not send a date of birth or private case details unless they are needed.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, ordinary server and analytics tools may record technical visit details, such as:
- The IP address linked to the device
- Browser type and version
- Device category and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- The referring site, when available
- Page-view timestamps
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files saved by a browser. Analytics may use them to count visits and understand which pages receive traffic. Browser controls can block cookies, though parts of the site may not work in the same way afterward.
What We Do With This Data
Visitor and technical information supports the site’s operation. It may be used to:
- Keep pages available and improve loading
- Route a query to the outside search provider selected by a visitor
- See which reference topics people use
- Find and repair technical faults
- Show advertising that may be relevant to a visitor
No Warrant Data on File
This site does not host, compile, or sell live warrant rows or personal warrant-record databases. It explains where Perry County records may be checked and how the local sheriff, court clerk, and state agencies divide their work. It is not a consumer reporting agency, and visitor data is not compiled into reports about other people.
The public routes are the Sheriff’s iSOMS warrant browser and the official Perry County courts site.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search widgets may be run by outside businesses. Anything typed into those tools is handled under the provider’s own policy, which may describe storage, sharing, or deletion in a different way. Review that policy before sending personal information. A sponsored search is not an official warrant check.
Links to Other Websites
Pages link to Perry County court and sheriff offices, Tennessee agencies, federal courts, and other record sources. When a visitor follows a link, the destination’s rules govern that visit. Check the destination’s privacy policy before submitting information.
Advertising providers may use their own tracking systems across sites. Those systems are controlled by the provider, not by the linked court or sheriff.
Who Might See Your Data
The site does not sell personal information. In the circumstances described by the site’s services, information may be processed by:
- Search providers receiving a query entered into their tool
- Analytics services measuring visits and performance
- Advertising networks placing ads
- A government body or law-enforcement office when a valid legal order requires disclosure
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable standard security practices are used to protect information handled by the site. No internet service can promise that every risk has been removed or that a security incident will never occur.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If a minor’s information is submitted to the site operator, a request can be made to review and remove it where appropriate.
Tennessee juvenile case records are governed by separate rules, including Code section 37-1-153. This site does not offer a search for a child’s warrant information.
Your Data Rights
The Tennessee Public Records Act, including Code section 10-7-503, concerns records held by government offices. It is not a personal-data statute for this private website. The Comptroller’s Public Records Act FAQ explains how a Tennessee citizen can request public records from an agency.
For information held by the site operator, a visitor may ask what is retained, request a correction, or ask that information be removed or excluded from a processing use where the operator can honor that request. Provider-held search input must be addressed under that provider’s own policy.
For a government process or policy, direct a narrow records request to the agency’s designated contact. The state’s records-request contact guidance describes that route.
Updates to This Policy
This notice may change if the site’s practices change. A revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Review it again before using a search tool or sharing information.
